This historic home, built in 1749, is filled with antiques and gives you that wonderful all-American feeling of Thanksgiving with Norman Rockwell. The B&B’s host and hostess are delightful, and will happily share with you the vast history of their home that once acted as a safe house to assist escaped slaves as part of the Underground Railroad during the Civil War. There are three guest rooms on the second floor. Two rooms have private baths, and a third is available for additional guests of the same party in one of the other rooms, sharing the bath. The private grounds are quiet and peaceful with in-ground pool, gardens, and a patio. The commuter train is two miles away and you can also drive to the subway.
