The building has an elevator and every 1 and 2-bedroom apartment has a fireplace, Jacuzzi, and fully-equipped kitchen. The studios have kitchenettes, and the single rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator. The subway is one block away, the bus to Harvard is around the corner, and just steps from the building are restaurants, shops, and a health and racquet club. All linens and kitchen items provided.

$100 one time cleaning for monthly, $75 for weekly.
Small Studio: $1800/month, $675/week

1-bedrooms: $2600/month. $100 one time cleaning.

2-bedroom small front: $2900/month. $100 one time cleaning.
2-bedroom larger back: $3000/month. $100 one time cleaning.

3-bedroom / 2 bath: $4300/month . $150 One time.

Rates are prorated and prorated if two different rate periods

Parking: $10/night, $60/week, $160/month.

Pets: One time non- refundable pet fee is $75 for weekly and $100 for monthly (no extra fee for more than 1 pet). .
