Enjoy a rare opportunity to stay in a popular and prestigious Back Bay accommodation at affordable rates in this comfortable, spacious one-bedroom furnished apartment in a classic Victorian brick brownstone. Our Back Bay Vacation Rental features a living room with a queen sleep sofa, which looks out through two large windows onto a lovely manicured patio, which you are welcome to use. It includes a dining area and desk as well. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and full stove/oven, and the bath has a tub and shower. (Note: the tub and shower has a shallow step which requires a little agility when getting in and out.) The bedroom has two small windows that are higher up on the wall. There is a washer and dryer in the building. The Back Bay Vacation Rental accommodation is conveniently located near Newbury Street’s fine shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to Hynes Convention Center, Berklee School of Music and the subway stop and a 15 minute walk to the Boston Public Gardens and the Freedom Trail. All linens and kitchen items provided. No breakfast provided. Private bath, Air conditioned, Cable TV, Private phone, High speed Internet, Non-smoking. NOTE: Rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional adult $25/night, additional child $15/night, babies free. Holiday nights: add 10%. Special Events: HIGHER rates (including Marathon in mid April, Graduations in mid May to early June, Regatta and college parent weekend in mid October).

MINIMUM STAY: In most cases, 3-night minimum (4-night minimum during Marathon in mid-April and Regatta in mid-October). Shorter stays: add 10%. Monthly in winter unless with short notice, and a $65 monthly cleaning fee and 1/2 month security deposit.

High Season: April to mid November.
Winter Season: mid November to through March.
